
Saint Lucia Passport Program
Introduction
The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program is governed by Section 14 of the Citizenship by Investment Act 2015. The special fund established under Section 33 of this Act is an investment immigration program officially targeting global citizenship by investment applicants. The application requirements are simple, allowing three generations of a family to apply and obtain passports. The program has a low application threshold, no background requirements, no language requirements for naturalization, and no residency requirements. Effective July 1, 2024, the donation amount under this immigration program has officially increased to a minimum of USD 240,000. The average processing time for this program is 10-12 months.
Application Requirements
1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. No criminal record.
3. Investment Requirements: USD 240,000 for up to four people; for more than four people: USD 10,000 per minor, USD 20,000 per adult.
4. Eligible Dependents:
Legal spouse.
Children of the main applicant or spouse under 21 years old.
Children of the main applicant or spouse aged 21-30 who are fully financially dependent on the main applicant.
Children of the main applicant or spouse with physical or mental disabilities who are fully financially dependent on the main applicant (no age limit).
Parents of the main applicant or spouse aged 55 or older who are fully financially dependent on the main applicant.
Parents of the main applicant or spouse with physical or mental disabilities who are fully financially dependent on the main applicant (no age limit).
Unmarried siblings of the main applicant or spouse under 18 years old.
