Introduction
In November 2024, Nauru officially announced the launch of the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program. This program offers a straightforward pathway to Nauruan citizenship for applicants through a direct contribution to the National Treasury Fund. Funds raised through this program will be used to finance various development projects, including climate adaptation initiatives, infrastructure improvements, renewable energy, and the development of sustainable economic diversification.

Application Requirements
1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years.
2. Completion of the specified contribution investment:
-Single Applicant: USD 105,000
-Family with up to 4 members: USD 110,000
-Family with 5 or more members: USD 115,000
3. Eligible dependents include:
(1) Spouse
(2) Children under 30 years of age
(3) Parents of the main applicant or spouse aged 55 or older, who are fully financially dependent on the main applicant
(4) Unmarried siblings of the main applicant and spouse
Application Process
1. Sign Service Agreement.
2. Prepare Application Documents.
3. Submit Application.
4. Background Checks and Interview (required for all applicants aged 16 and above).
5. Receive an Approval-in-Principle Letter.
6. Complete Donation within 30 Days After Approval.
7. Take the Oath of Allegiance Online.
8. Receive Nauru Passport and CitizenshipCertificate.
