Introduction

The U.S. EB-1A Program falls under Category A of the first preference employment-based immigration category in the United States. 7. Display of Work at Exhibitions: Participation in artistic exhibitions or showcases displaying their work.

8. Leader or Critical Role in Distinguished Organizations: Serving in a leading or critical role for renowned organizations or institutions.

9. High Income: Commanding a high salary or remuneration compared to others in the field.

10. Commercial Success in the Arts: Achieving commercial success in performing arts.

Application Procedure

1. Eligibility assessment

2. Sign the service agreement and prepare application materials

3. Submission of I-140

4. I-140 approval

5. Submit NVC materials

6. Immigration medical examination

7. Immigration interview (U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou)

8. Issuance of immigration visa (must enter the U.S. within 6 months)

9. Obtain the green card
