Grenada Passport Program
Introduction
Grenada is located in North America and is a member of the Commonwealth. In 2013, a new investment immigration bill was enacted. To implement new economic policies, the Grenadian government established the National Development Fund. Applicants can apply for permanent residency and naturalization as citizens together with their family members, and can obtain passports, enabling immigration for four generations.
On June 26, 2024, the Citizenship by Investment Act was amended. The minimum donation standard is now USD 235,000; the investment standard for real estate projects approved by the Citizenship by Investment Unit—specifically equity investments—is USD 270,000.

Application Requirements
1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. No criminal record.
3. Must donate a minimum of USD 235,000 to the Grenadian government OR invest a minimum of USD 270,000 in a real estate project approved by the Grenadian government.
4. Eligible Dependents:
(1) Spouse;
(2) Children of the main applicant or spouse under 18 years old;
(3) Unmarried children of the main applicant or spouse aged 18 to 30 who are financially dependent on the main applicant;
(4) Children of the main applicant or spouse aged 18 or older with physical or mental disabilities who are financially dependent on the main applicant;
(5) Parents or grandparents of the main applicant or spouse;
(6) Unmarried siblings of the main applicant or spouse over 18 years old with no children of their own.
Application Process
1. Sign service agreement, pay service fee.
2. Preliminary background check, simultaneously prepare application documents.
3. Compile complete application dossier, submit application.
4. Complete bank clearance, receive approval in principle.
5. Complete investment.
6. Receive final approval.
7. Receive certificate of naturalization and passport.
