French Talent Passport Project
Introduction
In 2013, French President Macron initiated the Talent Passport project to promote national innovation and development. On February 18, 2016, the French National Assembly passed the Law on the Rights of Foreigners, officially establishing the Talent Passport Project and renamed as Talent Card Project in July 2025. This project aims to attract international talents, including entrepreneurs, investors, corporate executives, etc., by simplifying procedures and providing preferential policies to encourage them to live and work in France.
There are several categories for this project and our company is mainly engaged in the category of company creation. After approval, applicant can obtain a 4-year residence permit for talents. It only takes 6 to 8 months for the whole family to enjoy the welfare medical care and free public education in France. After 5 years, the whole family can apply for EU permanent residence or French passports. During the period of running business in France, there are no strict requirements for the turnover and profit of the French company, as long as the company is normally operated.

5. No criminal record.
