
Dominica Passport Program
Introduction
Dominica's Citizenship by Investment Program was established in 1993 and has a history of 29 years. In October 2014, the Prime Minister of Dominica announced amendments and improvements to the relevant legislation to further promote the development of the program. The program offers applicants numerous conveniences; passports can be obtained in 6-8 months, dual citizenship is permitted, and visa-free access is available to 136 countries and regions, such as the United Kingdom and Singapore. There are also recent plans to join the Schengen Area, making global travel even more convenient.

Application Requirements
1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. No criminal record and no infectious diseases.
3. Must make a minimum donation of USD 200,000 to the National Economic Diversification Fund.
4. Eligible Dependents:
(1) Spouse and children under 18 years old.
(2) Children aged 18 to 30 who are financially dependent on the main applicant or spouse.
(3) Children aged 18 or older with physical or mental disabilities who are financially dependent on the main applicant or spouse.
(4) Unmarried daughters under 25 years old who are financially dependent on the main applicant or spouse.
(5) Parents and grandparents aged 65 or older who are financially dependent on the main applicant or spouse.
Application Process
1. Sign service agreement and pay service fee.
2. Prepare application documents.
3. Compile application documents, submit application.
4. Background checks, attend interview.
5. Receive approval in principle.
6. Complete investment.
7. Receive final approval.
8. Receive certificate of naturalization and passport.
