Greece Property Programme
Introduction
The Greek property immigration policy was officially launched in 2013, which allows non EU citizens to purchase a property worth at least 250,000€only so as to obtain a "Golden Visa". This programme is recognized as one of Europe's most cost-effective "Green Card" programs, thus, a significant number of global investors have been attracted to Greece over the past decade.
In the year of 2024, the government further adjusted the policy and officially implemented on September 1st of that year, but the minimum investment amount is still 250,000€to purchase a property with "commercial converted to residential", "industrial to residential" or cultural heritage restoration, without regional restrictions.
Application requirements
1. Purchase property in Greece for no less than 250,000€ (eligible for commercial to residential, industrial to residential, or cultural heritage restoration)
2. No requirements in language, business experience, or source of funds
3. No criminal record
